As part of my School Deputy role I am responsible for overseeing attendance management and monitoring, behavior management and monitoring, SEN coordination and provision and oversee the daily running of the PRU Secondary and Primary provision. Prior to entering the field of education I ran my own design and project management business:Owner/Managing Director - Alphabet Project Solutions 2007 – 2013Alphabet undertook commercial & residential interior design and build projects in the public & private sector, offering clients a personal, efficient & professional service. Clients included U.K. Sport for whom we managed the design and fit-out of their central London office, the fit out of 2 floors of Oceanic House on Trafalgar Square for U.K Anti-Doping, design & installation of a secure bike storage park at Press Association Images in Nottingham and leading a team who constructed the Strength & Conditioning Facility in Dartford for British Judo.Along with overall responsibility for project delivery I had responsibility for all aspects of the business, including business development, company finances, health & safety, management of contractors and ensured that quality standards were adhered to.
