With over six years of work experience in various roles in the consumer goods industry, I am a business consultant at Blacksmith Applications by TELUS, a leading provider of software solutions for trade promotion management and optimization. In this role, I leverage my analytical skills, data analysis, and presentation skills to deliver insights and recommendations to clients on how to improve their trade spend effectiveness and profitability. I also support the implementation and training of the Blacksmith software, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Prior to joining Blacksmith, I was a business analyst at the same company, where I contributed to the development and enhancement of the software features and functionality, as well as the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards. Before that, I was a financial analyst at Ryerson, a leading distributor of metals and value-added services, and a senior financial analyst and a sales analyst at The Kraft Heinz Company, one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world. In these roles, I gained valuable experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, sales and revenue analysis, and pricing and profitability analysis. I have a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to help businesses grow and achieve their goals.
