I champion the importance of occupational health & safety & environmental rigour, as an H&S Advisor with 6years experience, that encompasses behavioural safety. Focusing on actions and behaviours within the workplace, that contributes to incidents and create training, communication and strategies that prevent health and safety issues arising.Working on strategies that eliminate ingrained habits,. I am a powerful driver to positive change in workplace practices, culture & understanding, in tandem with the traditional analysis of incidents, health and safety effectiveness and operations including human factors. I draw on my proactive experience within high risk projects and sites, including Hinkley Point C -Nuclear Power Station, in design, developing & delivering EHS programmes, that lead to to safe working environments. I also focus to help build an enhanced company behavioural culture throughout all disciplines, via policy, communication and engagement.
