Providing commercial knowledge & support to the Key Customer Managers, Applications Sales Teams and both phone and field Sales Teams. Working hand in hand with the Key Customer Manager to deliver value added service and superior customer experience to our Key Customers within these Sectors. Key office contact for Customers, supporting on all aspects of the account. Working within the BOC virtual Teams and co-ordinating all aspects of work determined by the needs of the Customer. Office based with field support where necessary. Working along side office and field based account managers, duties including setting prices on accounts, raising contracts, creating and editing reports for all areas of the industrial business for both internal and external customers. Query resolution for pricing errors, managing price escalations and first point of contact for pricing queries for all account managers.

Working as part of a team to collect debt for the NHS and other medical businesses. To action a wide range of queries which will stop a hold up of payments being received.Working closely with account managers and other virtual team members to achieve targets.
