I have over 23 years in the transportation and fleet management industries with heavy emphasis in driver and operation compliance, maintenance, maintenance management, preventative maintenance, project management, production control, inventory control and safety management. I am an ASE certified diesel mechanic with certificates in maintenance, transmissions, pneumatics, air brakes, steering and suspension. I hold a California lamp and brake certification and I am a State of California approved CDL examiner. I hold an Class A CDL with all endorsements. I am very hands on.Currently I am the Western Regional Manager for the bus fleets in Tucson AZ, Yuma AZ and San Diego CA. When taking over a location or region I staff appropriately, set in place maintenance schedules and guidelines, properly equip the shops, train staff, organize both the shop and offices.

Train service techs, provide technical support, set priorites, assist in diagnosis, set goals and acceptable proven procedures. I was recruited to build Bills of Materials for the then new Production Control Department. Once completed I was responsible for Electrical Units, Mechanical Units, Engine Rebuild and Transmission Rebuild Lines. Working with Inventory both Dependant and Independant demands.
