I worked in the private school environment where my responsibilities were teacher recruitment, curriculum development, fiscal management, student discipline, student-parent-teacher relations, teaching one or two classes at the secondary level as needed, and secretary to the Board of Directors.

Upon retirement my wife and I served as volunteer teachers at one of the largest English language schools in South Korea. My wife taught all three years while I was asked to serve as Academic Dean of the 35 branch school system and later as teacher recruiter for five years.
