I've spent nearly 40 years in the real estate business; 10+ years in the banking industry where I was responsible for all conforming residential and commercial real estate lending practices and procedures including originations, approvals, underwriting, and closing. 30+ years in real estate brokerage: ranked in the top 10% or better nearly every year; Obtained by Broker's license in 1991; owned by own company for 2 years and managed another real estate company for 5 years. I was Rookie of the Year for Coldwell Banker MGM Realty in 1988 and Realtor of the Year in 2015 by the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors. Additionally, I have previously served on the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Government Affairs Committee, and Member of the GHAR RPAC committee.
