CurrentDeveloped Crossroads Arts PIEA concept, an overlay plan using property tax abatement for properties occupied by eligible arts and cultural uses (first overlay and first targeted eligible uses); policy modifications that allowed alternative analysis methods and provided quicker and easier property tax abatement for specific residential uses; working with community organization to create a property tax abatement for long-term, low-/mod.-income homeowners in a rapidly-gentrifying neighborhood; help neighborhoods, business districts and businesses through planning and redevelopment incentive processes; establish and maintain working relationships with neighborhood leaders, business district organizations and elected officials; particpate in development of business development efforts and economic development policy.
