Every incident neutralized and/or rendered safe without accident or damage. • Experienced in the operational deployment of EOD tools and techniques against Live and threatened terrorist devices.• Supervised and provided instruction to military and civilian personnel from all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, the Secret Service, FBI, and the ATF. Conducted instruction on IED hazards, safety precautions, identification, render safe procedures, hazardous materials disposal, and evidence preservation.• While performing as Master EOD Technician every incident neutralized and/or rendered safe without accident or damage. Mr. Pickett safely handled multiple live IEDs, cleared hundreds of ranges, thousands of UXO, tens of thousands of OE and debris, and performed OB/OD disposal operations.
