My first 2.5 years at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance have been productive and rewarding. My predecessor did a fantastic job of documenting everything and handing off the CA-7 support task before he retired. I have recently implemented some ARF (Automatic Recovery Facility) functions that have solved some issues with frequent failures and critical path late notification. I have been able to further automate much of the holiday and EOM scheduling to avoid a lot of manual, error prone intervention. The people at IFBI are fantastic, easy to work with, and the company is doing well.
