Recruited quantifiable scholars, athletes, and leaders to commission as Executiveand Administrative Officers in the U.S. Army with an annual twelve person-commissioning mission requirement. Developed, taught and enforced performance objectives for entry-level executive and supervisory cadets' Military Science (MS) III and IV senior cadet leadership theory, small group, (9 to 27 persons) leadership, effective writing and verbal communication, time and resource management and personnel responsibility/accountability. Met annual executive commission mission of 12 officers for the first time in a ten-year span for two consecutive years, 2003, 2004. Planned, developed, resourced and produced two, eighteen week semester, (spring and fall) cadet training schedules consisting of 54 one hour classroom classes, 18 two hour practical application labs, (land navigation, individual marksmanship, and platoon/squad level infantry offense, defense, movement and security operations) and two 48 hour training deployments for 120 MS I-IV cadets. Coordinated with the Wisconsin State Park Department for the use of Standing Rock State Park for University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point ROTC cadets to conduct day and night land navigation training and platoon size infantry training exercises Constructed four separate five point land navigation courses on the park for cadet training. Wrote and issued an average of eight company operation orders per semester to cadets that were designated to perform infantry platoon or squad leader duties. Provided cadets in leadership roles Skills, Attributes and Knowledge leadership feedback, IAW ADRP 22-100 Army Leadership.
