I am responsible for planning, coordinating and integrating the activities of multiple functions for the Commandant of the NCOA of the Fires Center of Excellence, a professional military education institution that conducts the Warrior Leader Course, Advanced Leader Course, Senior Leader Course, and one distributed learning course, the Battle Staff Noncommissioned Officer Course. I serve as the principal advisor to the Commandant, Deputy Commanding General and the Commanding General, USAFCOEFS on all actions that pertain to NCOES professional military education (PME) military training, leader development and instruction within the Air Defense Artillery, Field Artillery and Electronic Warfare Schools.
