I have a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, and I am currently a Seller Development Specialist at eMAG, the largest online retailer in Romania and one of the leading e-commerce platforms in Central and Eastern Europe. My core competencies include analytical skills, attention to detail, and sales processes.In my current role, I work closely with new sellers, educating them about eMAG's high standards of delivery and customer experience, and providing them with crucial guidance in marketing and listing optimization, inventory management, shipping and fulfillment strategy, risk management, and other strategic and operational needs. I also learn and understand the specificities of my categories to spot popular brands, trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to best tailor my pitch and advice to sellers.
