He advises on the legal aspects regarding regulatory and compliance matters, business entity formation, state/federal filings, document preparation, general corporate governance matters, as well as transition and succession planning. This often requires drafting/reviewing contracts, sales agreements, client disclosure documents, as well as regulatory responses. His extensive experience also includes the nuances of the industry, such as advising clients on solicitation, senior client and marketing activities.As a regular presenter and frequent contributor to various industry publications, such as Charles Schwab, Wolters Kluwer, National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP), and others; Mr. Boeche's experience encompasses many facets of the financial industry and various business models.He is involved in the State Bar of California (Corporations Committee) and the San Diego County Bar Association (where he previously served on the Business and Corporate Law's Advisory Board).
