Controller for Marketing & Sales, setting up review reporting and scorecards, thus improving performance management of sales managers and advisors. Aiming to create insight in lead to order process and customer service performance. Controller for staff departments, centralising costs and departments. Setting up P&C cycle. Managing budget process for the Feenstra Group, including Vattenfall reporting. Setting up business cases and ad-hoc models for divestments, turnaround programs and new business opportunities. Furthermore project controller for the implementation of new ERP-system, als participating in focus groups working on the set up of the new system.

Starting with separated subsidiaries, we managed to develop an integral P&C cycle and reporting structure. Created insights in the (non-) financial performance including forecasting, set-up of risk reporting, BCF-reporting and overall management reporting to Management Team and Nuon head office. I had a big part in the vendor due dilligence process, in close cooperation with PwC.

I started with almost nothing in an internal consultancy group of approximately 40 FTE. After 2 years we had grown to over 70 FTE with clear insight in (internally) billable hours, leading to cost efficient use of internal consultancy power for Nuon in stead of external hires. I improved performance management by simplifying scorecards and developing methods for measuring effectiveness of our consultants.
