With over 25 years of work experience in finance and management, I am the Chief Financial Officer at Adventist Health Glendale, a not-for-profit, faith-based, integrated health system. In this role, I oversee the financial operations, planning, and performance of the hospital, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and sustainability. I also provide strategic direction and guidance to the senior leadership team, board of directors, and stakeholders, aligning the financial goals with the mission and vision of the organization. Prior to joining Adventist Health Glendale, I was the Chief Financial Officer of the Southwest Division at Dignity Health, where I managed the financial affairs of five acute care hospitals and affiliated entities, leading a team of over 300 professionals. I have a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on management and entrepreneurship from California State University-San Bernardino, and a bachelor's degree in finance and management from University of Oregon. I am a technical advisor at P, a global consulting firm, where I share my expertise and insights on healthcare accounting, financial systems, and best practices.
