Repair responsibilities for Stratagene not only included electronic and mechanical troubleshooting of the QPCR but also programming flash-drive based interfaces for embedded software. The computer express exchange program duties are to troubleshoot hardware and software based faults. PC's are also cleaned and refurbished to like new condition to be sent back out into the field to be used as exchanges for the program.

Other support included Microsoft Office suite, creation and deletion of user accounts, managing of user accounts using active directory and using automated ticked system for trouble calls using Track IT!. Support for Blackberry through the Blackberry Enterprise server was also provided to our remote sales force.

Supervised 4 personnel in the maintenance and repair of shipboard communications suite consisting of 30 transmitters / receivers POTS lines and all associated patching equipment. Other equipment included at sea internet communications link, shipboard announcement system and test equipment calibration.
