Current HR Projects:Team Projects• Sitel Onboarding Review – 5 person project team sponsored by UK Managing Director and Global HR Partner with the aim of reducing early attrition by 50%, potentially saving the UK £2 Million in recruitment and replacement costs during 2009. Successfully built a cost model and induction specific engagement survey. Adopting LEAN Six Sigma methodologies to identify improvements.• Direct Recruitment Model – Working with the 12 sites in the UK to develop a direct recruitment model and reduce cost per hire. Currently have reduced overall recruitment spend for 2009 by 48% saving £1 million. Designed reporting processes to ensure that Cost per hire was visible at all times.• Kronos Workforce Timekeeper Upgrade - The UK lead in a HRIS project to implement a significantly updated WFM and timekeeping system. Working with the US Kronos team and IT project team to ensure that data is provided to allow successful implementation by the end of 2008.• Lawson to Payroll provider interface project – The Uk lead in a project sponsored by the Global HRIS Manager to coordinate the integration of an interface linking current HRIS to payroll – replacing the need for manual spreadsheets.
