Facilitate and lead strategic initiatives for a defined customer. Provide management and guidance to multi-functional project teams. Manage and enhance customer relationships. Provide full accountability for project budgets, schedules, project management, and performance requirements for enterprise level projects.

- Technically develops, manages and delivers very highly complex technology projects including developing complex detailed Statements of Work (SOW), business proposals, project schedules/financials, managing multiple global projects, and design service agreements (DSA)- Technical expert on customer’s products and technology- Assisst Project and Design Engineers with Design for Manufacturability issues (DFx, VAVE)- Prepares quotes for new and potential customers.- Ensures Jabil’s integration into customer’s technology roadmap- Present and sell Jabil’s Technology to assigned customer or program.- Act as the main escalation point between Design and the mass-production BU- Serves as primary point of contact for early supplier involvement on new customer R & D projects- Knows and understands the assigned Business Unit (BU)’s strategic directions. Identifies BU’s strategic and technical direction

- Leads and motivates a SME (up to 10 person) group of Engineers - Forecasts future requirements and technical trends to drive gear suppliers in their technology roadmap.- Leads equipment evaluations. Assures measurement criteria meet all Jabil site requirements worldwide- Coach, mentor and train all engineers with the Industrial Engineering and ME Department.- Support and/or maintain all lower level Industrial Engineering essential duties and responsibilities.- Develop Mini-MOST standards (where applicable) for process steps to be used in the Product-Process-Time Matrix.- Support the Lean organization by developing a solid process foundation and data integrity in order to support process improvement through the organization.- Report and drive improvement within the site through the monitoring of the key Industrial Engineering metrics.- Develop and maintain the Industrial Engineering succession plan for the site.

- Responsibility for the establishment of optional manufacturing methods and processes for producing the organization’s production lines.- Leads and motivates a large group (up to 100 person) of Engineers whose primary responsibility is to define and implement complete manufacturing processes.- Establishes clear measurable goals and objectives by which to determine individual and team results.- Controls ME budget - Prepares quotes for new and potential customers.- Coordinates project planning, staffing, progress reporting, people management and troubleshooting for engineering projects. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.- Coach, mentor and train all engineers with the ME Department.- Offers new ideas and suggestions for improvement. Identifies and implements new practices and processes that are “best in field.”

- Leads and motivates a small group of Engineers ( up to 10 person)- Leads the implementation of complex and/or large engineering projects.- Audits and manage internally certifications (eg. ISO9000, ISO14000, AS9100, TUV)- Leads complex projects relating to new technical developments and processes- Controls project budget- Verifies reconfiguration requirements and monitors line moves.

- Project team member to eliminate waste, through the standard Manufacturing Engineering process.- Capital Equipment Requests, Capabilities Studies, Plant Layouts, Tool Design, and Standard Work.- Support and/or maintain all Maintanance, Field Engineering levels essential duties and responsibilities.- Subject matter expert in regards to methods engineering, resources utilization, work standardization and gears performence.

- Define and introduce SMT comp technology (gears, materials, process parameters,etc)- Create process wow, procedures and instructions, training DL and technical staff.- Management of KPI parameters

- Develop plan of preventive and predictive maintenance- Manage spare parts stock- Curative maintanance
