About Robert Borneman

Program Delivery Manager at RedMane.I have 37 years of information technology experience, and 28 of those years in the healthcare space. Having started my career during graduate school as a programmer, I quickly progressed into team leader and development manager roles. As my career progressed, I moved into project management, account management, relationship management, business development and business management roles. I have been instrumental in creating the HIPAA 270/271 transaction sets having been an active member of the ANSI X12N group that defined those transactions. I later used that experience to build a HIPAA compliant claims clearing house, managing a team of 25 to accomplish that project in less than a year. I also have in depth experience in processing financial transactions in the healthcare space having been responsible for the implementation of a Health Savings account and Flexible Spending Account card processing system at TSYS Healthcare. More recently, I have been program manager for the Affordable Care Act implementation of the state of Missouri Medicaid Eligibility Determination and Enrollment System, and most recently in the US Virgin Islands.
