My professional experience over the last 20 plus years has mainly revolved around the construction and Industrial markets. Most recently training the best people in the rental equipment industry, managing one of our Center of Excellence training centers entailing how to sell, lead, manage and perform at the top of their game within the company. Primary duties are training new hire; Inside sales Reps, Service Techs and Drivers. I also train Service managers and Shop Foreman leadership and time management skills. Recently I have also been charged with a multitude of duties surrounding acquisition conversions, bringing legacy branch locations online with United Rentals business systems Large parts of my work involves safety and safe work spaces, HR policy compliance and assisting employees perform their duties. Also very well versed in the design of, budgeting and building of custom homes. I have broad knowledge of the Green Sustainable construction and energy efficient design and build techniques. Having spent equal time in the field running a construction company and teaching construction to adult learners I have proficient communication skills with varied types of groups and people. My jobs have put me in positions where working with other professionals to meet a common goal was achieved.
