I am confident I can offer you reasonable and cost effective solutions to your in a timely manner.After more than 40 years of work in the food service and hospitality industry you would think I would want to retire. Not so! I am still looking for new challenges and experiences. I recently finished my contract in opening the Fogo Island Inn, Newfoundland. The Inn has recently been rated as one of the best hospitality experiences in the world, a must see for those seeking the unusual, invigorating and fulfilling travel adventures.
