I have served in the British Military for a number of years, during my time in the Military i completed various promotional courses rising to the rank of corporal. i also served on various overseas deployments and completed my Combat Medical Technician course.Upon Leaving the Army i moved to the UAE in 2011, i worked as a Life skills instructor as part of a national program ran by the UAE government in partnership with the countries armed forces. My role within the program to was teach a laid out program to high school students. The program would consist of class room based lessons on Problem solving, Military skills, map reading, drill, and basic military knowledge.My next role in the UAE i worked as a medical instructor teaching the UAE Armed Forces a program of medical skills to prepare them for deploying on operations, we taught a wide range of skills from basic skills to a more in depth program teaching their Medics and taking part in live exercisers to fully test their knowlodge and understanding.i have completed various teaching qualifactions, medical qualifactions, and health and safety courses.I now work as a medical and health and safety instructor in Ireland, i teach a range of Health & Safety courses including Fire safety training and evacuation training, Patient Handling, Maunal handling, CPR-AED, BLS, FAR training.i also work part time as a community first responder where i assist the National Ambulance Service in dealing with various medical emergencies like Cardiac Arrests, Stroke, Heart attacks, including minor falls.
