While there, Robert was thoroughly trained in multiple areas and eventually managed nearly 60 people. After a transfer Houston, TX, he navigated through various ownership changes and consolidations. After an extensive and successful career with Curtis 1000, Robert left as Operations Manager in 2008.Robert then switched gears and entered the executive recruiting industry, joining Lucas Group in the Manufacturing Division. At Lucas Group, he specializes in placing Operations and Engineering Managers, Quality, Research and Development and Supply Chain / Logistics Managers in the Manufacturing sector throughout the Southwest region.
