- Using Word application to collect and record client information while providing support to the team by escalating unresolved issues and managing the triage as the clients first point of contact- Assess and file client data according to office procedures and prioritizing - Assist with getting approvals and preparation of prescribed medication- Update and maintain client data in a timely manner using the office database- Review and address issues raised by clients (phone and email) - Create appointments as required- Attend to incoming calls and visits from clients and conduct a preliminary triage prior to gather information on the animal prior to them seeing the Vet- Conduct daily/monthly review of supplies and ensuring adequate levels are maintained and report on inventory status for replenishment on a monthly basis
