The position of Center Manager is responsible for delivering ‘The Miele Experience’ through the Miele Centre and Clearance Centre. This involves providing leadership and motivation to the Centre and Clearance Centre teams, developing strategy, meeting performance KPI's and ensuring that all Miele clientele are provided with exceptional service at all times. Key responsibilities; - Accountable for the setting and achievement of volume, financial and behavioural KPI’s - Manage and motivate sales teams across multiple sites to achieve overall strategy- Develop sustainable relationships with Miele Charter Agencies (MCA’s) and support Retail Sales Manager and Business Development Managers (BDM’s)- Assist customers with product information, demonstrations and quotations in the Center and Clearance Centre (problem solve, trouble shoot and follow up)- Have an in depth knowledge of customer preferences and behaviours to ensure excellent service- Manage stock levels to ensure plans are in place to maximise sales- Support the introduction and ongoing use of a CRM system to capture customer information and follow up - Staff management, including recruitment and rosters, to maintain optimum staffing levels within the Centre and Clearance Centre- Ensure POS and product display is correct and meets national standard- Liaise with logistics team to ensure correct and timely product delivery to customers

The role of Home Economist is customer facing and incorporates product demonstration and sales; - Educate consumers around best use of products- Recipe development and testing- Bring products to life via live demonstrations to consumers- Manage class numbers, track footfall and follow up queries- In house event management and external events including coordinating Miele Australia's involvement in Tasting Australia, Cheese Fest, Central Market Kitchen and Tour Down Under- Liaise with brand ambassador Shannon Bennett and other celebrity chefs as required- Selected to represent the Australian Culinary Expert Division at the International Miele Conference in Germany and implement best practise upon return
