Interviewed applicants for public assistance program, including gathering personal biographical and economic information used to determine eligibility. Determined eligibility according to agency, federal and state policy; used internet and intranet resources, including "The Work Number", to verify accuracy of information given, filed written reports and entered all information into data base. Spent one year as phone client service representative, during which time I worked closely with clients to resolve issues in dispute.

Actually began with the company when employed as studio manager/sales manager of Robert W. Becker Photography and purchased company subsequent to the owner's death. Performed as chief photographer and later moved into video production. Produced on-site training and fund raising videos for numerous private and social organizations. Produced 30 minute weekly infomercial for regional car dealer for commercial television and several cable outlets. For the past 10 years became Mississippi's foremost producer of interactive training videos for the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning industry. Still continue this facet of work on part-time basis.
