Acted as early TI budgeter for Campus Renovation based on past experience and knowledge. Became go-to resource for client on standardizing products and materials in order to allow multiple GC’s to build offices that could be maintained similarly. Navigated procurement challenges, buyout strategies, and subcontractor proposals – and ultimately provided 17 ‘Mini-estimates’ for a $300M TI Package. Built and managed a team of engineers, taking project from funded to completely contracted, submittals approved, and material available – all before trade partners were required onsite.

Joined $3 Billion project for a major campus renovation. Assisted in campus wide MEP coordination, tracking design between multiple Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Contractors. Led campus wide plan for BIM, temporary power coordination, and site utility digging process to avoid hi-po utility strikes. Gained wide knowledge of MEP.

Main point of contact for over a dozen interior finish trade partners on 3 simultaneous Tenant Improvements – each over 100,000sf. Project included a full demo and rebuild in just 6 months. Responsible for onboarding, contracting, monthly invoicing, document control, and took punchlist to completion.Worked in the Estimating department for performing takeoffs, communicating with trade partners, and compiling several estimates for client review. Took $100M project from concept through CD estimates, landing a GMP, and acting as lead through entire duration of project. During the estimate, I acted as a Design-Build PM, spending several days a week at Architect firms office, coordinating and planning Value Engineer ideas to get implemented into the plans – meeting the Clients requested budget. Took these 2 office buildings, over 300,000sf combined, from concept to punchlist completion – meeting the project budget and schedule.
