Responsible for all aspects of building maintenance and association finances for seven condominium complexes, containing over 500 residential doors. Tasks included, but were not limited to: yearly budget forecasting, monthly accounting review, collections on past due accounts receivable, emergency response to water damage and other matters effecting the common element, the design of maintenance proposals, the acquiring of bids to satisfy those proposals and management of all on-site sub-contractors and, in some cases, oversight on large scale projects on the condominium common element.
