• Core Responsibilities;
• Collaboratively work with the venue management team to gather the event details and determine resource requirements
• Oversee the expenditure of the event budget including identifying opportunities to reduce overhead costs and streamlining activities
• Coordinate, delegate and oversee the teams activities in order to deliver a safe, enjoyable event
• Empower, motivate and lead a cross-functional team of <30 team members while managing rosters, employee relations and team performance
• Act as an Area Warden to monitor, identify and address safety concerns, hazard, non-compliance, and unauthorised persons
