Direct management responsibility for the performance of four first class office properties (Riverview I & II, One Canal Park, and Ten Canal Park) located in Cambridge, Massachusetts totaling 640,380 square feet, including a 368 space parking garage. Organized and administered budgets totaling over $1.4 million and directed a three year $1.5 million property renovation project. Prepared and presented detailed financial and operating analysis of property performance to investors, including quarterly re-projections. Calculated and reviewed operating expense and real estate tax escalation expenses. Beacon was acquired by Equity Office in 1997.

Responsible for managing a portfolio of 15 to 25 commercial properties including office, industrial & warehouse, research & development, retail, and land, with a square footage in excess of 1.5 million square feet. Significant properties included: Two Oliver Street and 147 Milk Street in Boston, 77 South Bedford Street in Burlington, 315 Norwood Park South and 1400 Providence Highway in Norwood, and the Stimpson Family Trust portfolio with properties in Cambridge and Somers, Connecticut.

Managed a diversified portfolio including Brookside Village in Pawcatuck, Connecticut (a 140-unit subsidized low income/elderly residential development, 55 Church Street in New Haven, Connecticut, The Arcade Mall (America’s oldest indoor shopping mall), The Arcade Garage and The Merchant’s Bank Building, each located in Providence, Rhode Island.
