I am a driven, results orientated person who can support and lead a team or operate independently and self-sufficiently. I am logical, analytical and detail orientated. My personable nature and reliability means that I quickly develop sound business relationships with all stakeholders. I hold an LLB degree and practiced as a solicitor before taking an opportunity to travel. Much of my time in practice was spent litigating, and I have accordingly gained extensive experience in conflict resolution, negotiation and mediation. During my travels I worked on a number of super yachts in some of the most desirable locations around the globe. I lead a multinational team which was dedicated to high end service for the very discerning owners and guests. I have a passion for the financial services sector, with a preference towards the insurance industry as I thoroughly enjoy problem solving for customers to help deliver an excellent customer experience. I am also an established people leader who strives to help his people succeed and enjoy their work day. I relish the chance to deliver beyond what is required and establish a reputation for my employer and myself that stands out in the industry.
