Take control of the auxililary firefighters in the event of a fire until county fire brigade arrive. Working alongside the shift manager ina "cloudburst " situation.In a fire or other emergency situation control works part-time fire men,together with other personnel who may be concerned with the incident. Responsible for the training of the auxililary firemen(39) and training all works personnel in basic firefighting.
