My expertise in systems implementation and cost management has been instrumental in enhancing our operations across 13 locations.Since joining Thompson Hospitality in January 2024, my role as the Brand Executive Chef has involved a hands-on approach to kitchen management, from overhauling recipes to streamlining production. We've seen improved adherence to food and labor costs, thanks to the systems I've installed. My direct involvement in redefining plate specifications has not only optimized food quality but also bolstered our brand’s reputation for consistency and excellence.
