Having opened 100+ new home communities, and ranking #39 on the 2022 Builder 100, AMH delivered 2,317 homes in 2023. AMH continues to expanded our multi-year pipeline of 12,000+ lots, representing total project value in excess of $4 Billion.Mr. Broad oversees new home and community development operations - including land acquisition, land development, purchasing, product development, and construction. Prior to joining AMH, Mr. Broad spent 20+ years with PulteGroup, Taylor Morrison, and KB Home in a variety of executive roles, including: operations, business optimization, PMO, procurement, strategic sourcing, offsite manufacturing, construction management, product development, structural engineering, and value engineering. He has also written and lectured extensively on sustainability and energy efficiency in home building, spending 7yrs as the president of the board of EEBA (Energy and Environmental Building Alliance), a leading non-profit provider of building science education.Mr. Broad received his B.S. Architecture from the University of Michigan as well as a B.S. and M.S. Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
