Reporting into the Aesica financial controller my main role in short is to review and improve the SAP processes. The reviewing part of the role would be to analyse and identify the parts of the end to end process which need smoothing out, additions or removal of redundant steps. This also includes updating of the current work BOP/SOP and if needed training/retraining. The improvement part of the role includes smoothing out current processes, pulling external work such as excel spreadsheet information into the SAP system so all the data is located in one place.New business improvements and projects would also pass through this role to make sure the current process fits or if changes are needed, process flow creations that will be identified, documented and supplied to the project manager with any other assistance if the project manager needs it. The training and governing of the new BOP/SOP documentation is also managed by this role to create a clean and controlled start to the new process.There is a connection and communication between the IT SAP team and this role so they can support any problems that could arise in the future and also build up their knowledge base.

Reporting to the IT director my main responsibility is keeping the integrity of the system.I performed all administration tasks, business issue tickets, projects and developments. I approve developments, ticket resolutions which are provided by the third party support and resolve issues with the business. I am the first point of contact with the third parties concerning developments, business tickets, priorities, their work schedules and monthly review meetings. I also give an update to the IT steering meeting on the status of the SAP system open tickets and developments whether in house or with the third party support. I work closely alongside the Quality assurance validation technician to make sure all developments and changes are documented as specified by the regulatory bodies and company standards. When new acquisitions come along I have the responsibility as the Data Lead to migrate the historic data to the SAP ERP system; while also supporting other business systems such as Lotus Notes Developments and service desk tasks where needed.

Reporting to the Senior IT Solutions Manager. The day to day responsibilities were to support the three laboratory systems on the Queenborough site (Pharmaceutical, Chemical Production and Microbiological labs). I created the electronic specifications in the corperate system for laboratory testing and the associated change control documentation. I maintained, repaired and rebuilt the analytical system PCs and servers. I developed reports, calculation documentation/spreadsheets which were fully validated to the regulatory body standards. My day to day responsibilities included providing IT support and upload quality specifications into the corporate enterprise system (IBM AS400). It was also my duty to assist the Helpdesk Manager on network support, AS400 fixes, computer builds, custom/bespoke software installs and server hardware support.

Reporting to the QA lab Manager and responsible for testing pharmaceutical products such as tablets, liquids and granule for reconstitution. I was trained in many laboratory machines such as HPLC’s, GC’s, CFAs and AA machines. I was an analytical method trainer for new employees and performing yearly fresher training for laboratory staff. I also took on the responsibility of the reviewing and updating laboratory procedures.

The main tasks were to inspection all incoming products, sampling, testing of packaging commodities and sampling of finished product for testing for Lab testing. This role also involved auditing production line paperwork against GxP guidelines and production line checks. As an extra to the role I was given the responsibilities of validating and documenting laboratory systems and deliver the staff training.
