These suppliers provide a significant proportion of Aviva’s IT capability and are vital to Aviva’s business success.• Governance Framework – Ensuring suppliers, and contracts are managed in line, and compliance, with the defined group standard processes with a keen focus on risk and good risk management (using Ariba). These plans were developed and agreed with senior business stakeholders and set the sourcing strategy for Procurement activity.• Leading Complex Sourcing Activity - I have led significant sourcing activities covering Fixed Telecoms, Mobile, Global Conferencing, Data Governance and ETL services.
