Financial Planning & Analysis - Managed the explosives group internal financial reporting processes, including the preparation of monthly analysis and commentary for the Executive Team, Board of Directors and Investor Relations function. Led key business planning processes, including the annual consolidated budget and quarterly financial forecasts. Provided other general financial analysis and support, including the evaluation of strategic acquisitions and disposals of assets.Trade Working Capital - Directed working capital improvement initiatives across the organization, in particular the acceleration of collections – A/R compliance increased from 65% to 78% in less than 12 months.Capital Expenditures - Led roll-out of new capital expenditure approval process within North America and ensured project approvals were in compliance with delegated authority levels. Administered capex planning and approval process, ensuring proposed projects exceeded required minimum financial hurdles.

Inc. audit, responsible for supervising engagement personnel on the annual year-end audit and quarterly reviews and responsible for auditing critical revenue streams. SEC filing requirements - Assisted clients with their initial public offerings, including the drafting and preparation of the S-1 Registration Statement and responding to comment letters from the SEC. Coordinated the review and filing of clients' financial statements on Forms 10-K and 10-Q with the SEC.
