Program Leader for the Winnipeg Sewage Treatment Program with the City of Winnipeg. The agreement covers capital improvements and to provide ongoing strategic advice and guidance on design, construction, technology and operational needs for three Winnipeg wastewater treatment and biosolids facilities. Inclusive of the 320-MLD (million liters per day) North End Water Pollution Control Centre, the 60-MLD South End Water Pollution Control Centre and the 32-MLD West End Water Pollution Control Centre. The value: more than $750 million in mandatory sewage treatment upgrades and ongoing capital investments over the term of the contract.Associate Principal for the Peer Performance Solution (PPS). The PPS enables sharing risk-and-reward with the client on an open-book basis. By delivering value through a performance-based contract, the compensation is increased when greater savings are generated. This model helps communities improving services to their citizens.
