Oversee the operation of 140,000 barrel per day NGL fractionator. Insure that we operate at maximum capacity and efficiency. Make changes on the DCS when necessary to prevent or correct plan upsets. Provide leadership and instruction to all outside personnel.

Performed all outside operator duties for 120,000 barrel per day NGL fractionator including: water tests, gas test, steam generation, glycol dehydration, Ucarsol treating, mercaptan treating.

Maintained all instrumentation in 120,000 barrel per day NGL fractionator including: Foxboro DCS, Modicon PLC, Applied Automation analyzers, Westinghouse and Allen Bradley 2400 and 480 volt switchgear as well as all digital, analog and pnuematic instruments.
