Product Support Supervisor
Current- Manage and oversee all technical support staff and service admin staff
- Ensure all technical inquires and RMA quotes are resolved effectively, efficiently, and promptly with the highest quality.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is always maintained.
- Liaison with R&D to ensure product issues are addressed.
- Travel to power plants globally when needed for customer meet and greets / training / field testing / troubleshooting.
- Track KPI’s daily to ensure targets are met / implement countermeasures.
