Mr. Bryce is a member of the Quebec Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (Professional order of engineers) and a fellow member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM). He was President in 1989-1990 of the Quebec Mining Association.Cumulating nearly 60 years of mine construction and operation experience, Mr. Bryce has worked with significant base metal mines and concentrators in northwestern Quebec. Mr. Bryce became General Manager for Selbaie Mines, close to Joutel and Matagami, from 1975 to 1990. From 1991 to 1994, he was Vice-President – Mining Operations for Aur Ressources Inc. and was responsable to put the Louvicourt Mine in production.Before Selbaie, he worked more than ten years for the Opémiska mine in Chapais, Quebec (Falconbridge Copper Ltd.), where he became Assistant Mine Manager.Subsequently to the Louvicourt Mine implementation, and until 1999, he was Vice-President and Director of Resources at Procoloro Resources Inc. operating in Columbia.Mr. Bryce founded Ressources Abe Inc. in 1996, now Vision Lithium, of which he was President until the beginning of 2007, and since then, has remained a member of its Board of Directors. Until recently, he was a Director QMX Gold Corporation (Alexis Minerals), Integra Gold Corporation, Pershimco Resources Inc., Metanor as well as Scorpio Mining. For the past twenty years, he has been involved in public junior mining companies’ exploration activities and administration. Mr. Bryce sits on boards were his expertise is used on governance and audit committees.
