Delivered the bank's first web based Purchase card product, Commercial Card Expense Reporting (CCER), (J2EE, Unix, Websphere, Oracle, MQ Series) to the commercial banking portal (CEO). The product provides expense/statement management, general ledger integration and real-time card management functions for the bank's commercial Visa card customers. This application was delivered $325K below original estimates and supported over 75,000 users, with annual revenue of $22M+. Pioneered Wells Fargo Bank's first offshore development effort and created the organization's first blended U.S./offshore production support and development team. Revamped the group's production support through incident response standardization, regular event review and application team cross training. Over a 1.5 year period, system outage diagnosis and repair time dropped by as much as 20%.Managed application enhancement and production support for a wide range of Oracle based systems; commercial loans, document management/collaboration system, secure messaging, DDA inquiry systems and CRM applications. Steered the successful migration of a large MVS/COBOL application from a California to a Minnesota data center and managed the introduction of redundant third-party (TSYS) interfaced T1 connections to this application. Consistently managed two accounting units totaling $2M with less than 2% variance against plan and monthly forecast. Successfully managed annual project costs of an additional $1M+.
