Held responsibility for programing various Mazak turning centers from scratch, choosing right tools and inserts and making sure for optimum working performance for batch runs. Responsible for choosing tools and carbide inserts for different machining operations, and for different grades of metals which include Low alloyed steel, Stainless Steel, exotic materials like: Titanium alloys and Hasteloy-C, Cast Iron and Ductile cast iron.
