Currently working for the cooperative and have had the plesure to work for them for the past 12 years.Whilst working for them i have learnt a lot of things 1st being i dont know everything which i thought i did when first starting with them as a younger chap.Over the years i have been on many training and behaviour courses to get me where i am today a confident self motivated get up lets get things done kind of a person.The biggest thing ive learned over the years is how important it is to have a good team around you to seek advice or to give it so that all goals can be achieved.By knowing your team you can help them devolop to be more then they think they can be.
