I've worked for AT&T (formerly Southwestern Bell and SBC) for most of my career. My expertise is in sales, sales management, technical sales support and project management. As a director I have direct responsibility for the recruiting, hiring, training, and development of talent, then managing that talent as part of a team that developed highly customized, complex solutions for our customer base. I have also spent time negotiating project timelines, both with our customers and internal departments. I have assisted in contract negotiations.

Worked my way up from an Account Manager selling phone systems and additional business lines to select, smaller accounts around the St. Louis area to a Sr. Global Account Manager in SBC's National Accounts sector selling SBC's complete suite of data, voice and managed services to our largest accounts in the US.

As a volunteer, I developed an annual appeal program from the ground up. Had responsibilities for all aspects of the annual appeal including development of critical campaign messaging, roll out of all stages of the campaigns, direct mail, phone solicitation, personal meeting with donors, coordination with other subcommittees, delivering results that greatly impacted my parish's finances with positive returns.
