Curiosity is what motivates me to learn all that I can and do my best with that knowledge. I am a quick learner and problem solver who enjoys working with numbers and machines. As a college student I am driven to continue my academics in the field of mechanical engineering at Florida State University.My best strengths are in analytical thinking, strategic thinking, being efficient, and having a curious mind. I plan out a path to find a variety solutions to a problem. I can be a detailed oriented individual who focuses on making sure that every step of process followed exactly as planned. I am an avid learner, striving to to educate myself on various topics when the need arises or when I have free time.If I were a leader my best leadership skills would be centered around task oriented leadership. Organization, efficiency, and strategic planning are some of the few skills I possess. I believe leadership is to guide and influence others to strive in completing the goals of the organization or team. Leaders should inspire team members and help them in improving their skill set. Leaders should also strive for the advancement of their organization. They should exert more authority over the team if there is a situation that requires attention. The work environment should be open enough for team members to provide their opinions or ideas. Listening to what your team members have to say can give you an idea on what to do to improve their morale and situations as they work towards the desired goal.My vision for myself is to work as an engineer honing my experience to develop and create new technology. My mission right now is to attend at the College of Engineering at FSU to learn how to be a proficient engineer.
