I handle incident & task tickets for the local end users as well for some remote users daily. Handle imaging new PC's, and the arrival of new PC's. Install various software thru the active directory, and install software manually when needed. Answer end users questions about various software and hardware issues. Assist with Wi-Fi and network connection issues.

I was a level 2-3 tier support. Help create the depot team that supported the end users across the country (68,000+ users) daily. Repair/replace hardware on HP & DELL laptops and desktop. I also did do some support for the new tablets. Backed up profiles before re-imaging of asset. Pushed software through the Service manager portal (SMIT)., and also familiar with using the Software Center Configuration manager (SCCM). Basic access to active directory to view end user profile, as well to change location of the asset to the correct organization unit. Remote assist was completed by using windows remote assistance (MSRA), Remote desktop connection (RDC), and through sharing of the screen via Skype. Performed weekly idle asset count.

Installied cable in customers home, or business for television,internet,wireless internet, and VOIP telephone. I was a supervisor for 3 years, while in this position I would drive to the location of the installer to bring extra equipment, or to help get the install completed faster. I also was required to do a number of safety inspesctions on the techs to see they were following company policy for safety. I even was required to perform vechile inspections on the company vehicles.
