The group has deep experience and relationships with OEM's and Tier One's in plastic applications, specifically chrome plated plastics, interior/exterior decorative plastics, blow molded applications, interior/exterior automotive trim, and black functional plastic applications. Beyond plastics, we have added a special focus on suppliers addressing thermal runaway for EV battery pack applications.Additionally, our group specializes in the introduction of both European and Asian automotive component suppliers seeking to enter the North American automotive market. GENSEN is a China based company specializing in exterior & interior chrome plated plastics. GENSEN currently supplies most major OEM's and major tier ones.

C3 is a start up company in Flint, Michigan. The C3 Group organization is dedicated to create new commercial ventures to invigorate the Flint, Michigan area.

Robert currently is the Vice President of Business Development at Exo-s, formerly Camoplast Solideal where he has overseen the development of new customers such as FCA(Chrysler), VW, Audi, and Behr in Automotive. In developing new customers, and leading the sales effort with existing customers such as General Motors, new sales at Exo-s have consistently been increased by 20 million a year or more in his 8 years in leading the sales group. In addition, Robert has also organized several presentations to top OEM purchasing decision makers at GM & Toyota in this position, increasing the visibility of Exo-s as a leading automotive supplier. Robert also leads in the M & A planning and targeting of potential acquisitions.

After Plastech, Robert then led ABC Group from 2005-2007, an 800 million dollar Automotive blow molder as Vice President of Advanced Sales & Marketing. In this role, Robert organized and led presentations to top purchasing decision makers at GM, Nissan, and Toyota. Also, ABC Group Robert led the sales efforts to develop new products lines such as Exterior Roof Racks and Interior Cargo Systems. Last at ABC Group, Robert led specifically in the development of Asian OEM's such as Nissan, Honda, and Toyota in terms of market percentage share in products such as Air Induction, Washer Systems, HVAC Ducts, and Exterior running boards.

After Venture, Robert held the position of Vice-President of Advanced Sales & Planning at Plastech from 2002-2005 a 1.2 billion dollar Automotive supplier. Highlights at Plastech were the strategic targeting and eventually leading the acquisition of LDM technologies a 350 million dollar Exterior plastics Automotive supplier. Also at Plastech, Robert championed the growth of Toyota, and led in the repair of the GM commercial relationship.

Robert's career began in at Venture Industries a 2.4 Billion Dollar Automotive Interior and Exterior Injection Molder, where he held several executive positions over the course of 12 years from 1990-2002. At Venture, Robert led the development of Asian OEM automotive accounts such as Isuzu, and negotiated multiple supply agreements with Autoliv and other customers tier II customers. Robert also led the development of Ford Motor Company as Director of Sales, where sales were increased by over 45 million in a 3 year timeframe.Robert, also held a position within Venture Industries of Vice President of Strategic Planning and where he also was assistant to the Chairman. While in this position, Robert was the liaison to Peguform Company, a 1.2 Billion Dollar European Automotive supplier Acquisition where he developed; a global Sales Strategy, Global Sales Organization, and the corporate sharing of new technologies. Also in this role, Robert developed product plans and Sales & Marketing Strategies & Processes, and lead all M & A planning and targeting activities.Finally, at Venture Industries Robert led the 350 dollar Exterior Division as Vice President of Business Development where sales were increased substantially at GM and other OEM customers.
