With a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA in International Development from Franklin & Marshall College, I have a strong background in law, business, and social impact.I have over six years of experience at Netcapital, where I started in Business Development and became the COO before taking on the CEO role. I have helped founders raise capital using our technology and expertise, developed strategic partnerships, and scaled our operations and growth. I also have previous experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and legal services, working with Techstars, Mercury Fund, Invest Detroit, Michigan Entrepreneurship Clinic, Gavi, and Nepali Tea Traders. I am passionate about supporting innovation, creating opportunities, and solving problems in the private markets.
