In this position I am responsible for the operation of a multi-million dollar facility, which includes a Tire Kingdom retail store, tire and tire related services as well as mechanical services and related automotive parts. I am responsible for the sales and profits as well as hiring, training, developing and retaining staff which exemplifies quality service in all aspects of our business. I have also been selected to work on projects such as Big O California conversion, Tires Plus Viking project in Illinois and on a regular basis new corporate employee site familiarization.

My responsibilities included the daily operations of a full size convenience store and deli with a monthly volume inside of $215,000 and gasoline gallons of 470,000. Duties included but were not limited to controlling inventory and cash, scheduling employees, merchandising, ordering, receiving merchandise, personnel hiring and training, fuel inventory control, and customer service. Other duties included multi-site management, opening new site, dealer aquisitions, divestitures and other items as directed by the market manager.

My position included but was not limited to supervising the daily operations of nine full size convenience stores with monthly sales of approximately 2.25 million dollars with direct control of personnel, inventory, maintenance, operational issues and customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities included investigations into any unexplained losses, conducting store audits, holding job orientation seminars, techniques of alcohol management classes, job fairs for cashiers, assistant managers and managers
